Personal data is processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. The controller is registered in the United Kingdom and is subject to oversight by the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

2. What data we collect

• Email address and phone number.
• Business information: name, address, links to listings on online maps and review sites.
• Payment data processed by the providers Stripe, PayPal, FreedomPay, Pay.Space, Mulen, NOWPayments; bank card data is not stored by the EVO service.

3. How we use the data

We use the data to deliver services, send order notifications, provide technical support, improve the product, and ensure the security of operations.

4. Data storage and protection

Data is stored on servers in the EU (Supabase, West EU Paris region) and processed with organisational and technical safeguards.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, request rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing in the cases provided by UK GDPR. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK supervisory authority — the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Requests should be sent to support@evo.do. We handle requests within a reasonable time in accordance with the applicable UK GDPR requirements.

6. Consent to personal data processing

By using the service, you consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with this Policy where the relevant basis of processing is the consent of the data subject. Consent may be withdrawn by sending a request to support@evo.do.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to such withdrawal and does not restrict processing based on other lawful grounds provided by UK GDPR.
