What exactly do you track?
We track your rating, total review count, and new reviews on Google Maps, Yandex Maps and 2GIS. We also compare your rating with a selected competitor.
How often do reports arrive?
On the trial — once a week. On the base and full plans — data refreshes every 6 hours, reports arrive weekly or on changes (configurable).
Is a card required for the trial?
No. The trial is fully free and does not require a card. Just point us to your location and pick a notification channel.
What happens after the trial ends?
Monitoring will pause, but your data is kept for 30 days. You'll get a notice one day before it ends with an offer to switch to a paid plan from $49/mo (one platform) or $113/mo (three maps).
Can I monitor several locations?
On the trial — one location. On paid plans you can connect several locations, each billed separately.
